Close to D-Day beaches and only two miles from Sainte-Mere-Eglise in a peaceful hamlet, this detached cottage (centrally heated) forms part of a 16th century fortified manor and nestles within its landscaped gardens. Originally built as the bread oven to the manor, great attention has been paid to combining comfort with old charm. This has been achieved by the use of natural materials and techniques, creating warm tones and textures.
The cottage has one bedroom offering two double beds and the bathroom is equipped with a large hydromassage shower.
Surrounded by tranquil countryside with Utah Beach only 9km away and the ferry ports of Cherbourg and Caen within easy access (Cherbourg 30 mins).
For the consideration of others, no smoking is kindly requested.
All bed linen and towels are provided. The owners (English) live on site and are able to deal with any queries.
Shorter rental periods are possible, please contact the owner for further details.
A deposit of £100.00 per week is required to secure a booking and the balance being payable upon arrival.
