La Ferme is a semi detached stone house sleeping up to eight in three bedrooms which shares a beautiful swimming pool with one other gite.

The house has been lovingly renovated to a high standard but retains considerable charm.
The Lounge / Dining room is tastefully furnished with farm table, armchairs, double sofa-bed and satellite television The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect including a dishwasher.

Three good size bedrooms, one with two single beds, en-suite shower room and separate wc. the second room ahs four single beds and en-suite wash hand basin. The third master bedroom is equiped with a large double bed.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower.

Outside, the property has a spacious patio area with ample garden furniture and a BBQ to enjoy the wonderful views over the local country side. There is direct access to an 11 metre x 4 swimming pool which is fully fenced and conforms to the high safety requirements in France. We also have a table tennis table. There is covered parking for your car or motorbike.

Our rates include all linen and towels and a welcome pack.

La Ferme is in the heart of petite champagne but just a five minute drive from the N10 motorway giving easy access from the north and south with direct access to Bordeaux. Our local Chateaux town of Barbezieux is just 11 Kms away where you will find lovely shops and restaurants. The famous town of Cognac is close by and well worth a visit.
