This beautiful recently renovated cottage is situated in the heart of rolling countryside, perfect for a relaxing, peaceful holiday. Ideal for couples and families, the area boasts a range of attractions and leisure facilities, all within easy reach.
The cottage, with its original beamed ceilings, wooden floors and feature stone walls benefits from a well equipped kitchen, with dining table seating six, cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster etc.
From the kitchen you lead onto a split level lounge with bed settee. For your entertainment we provide a DVD, TV, Video player CD, Radio, books, games, Video tapes and DVD's. The lower level offers two soft arm chairs in which you can relax with a book and a glass of the local wine. There are two cosy settees arranged around the log burner, which on cooler nights makes for a very cosy area.
Two beautiful bright comfortable bedrooms, one twin bed one double bed, both with feature stone wall beamed ceilings and electric heating.
Guests have the use of family bicycles one with child seat, and for the children there is an indoor games barn with table tennis, pool table, darts and a variety of other games, ample enclosed gardens wooden decking with table chairs ideal area for having breakfast or a BBQ.
Nearby, the town of Ambrieres les Vallees has a leisure park, with swimming pool, boating, kayaking, horse riding, tennis, mini golf and miles of riverside walks.
St Fraimbault, situated 3 miles from the cottage, is an award winning flower village, with lake and pedaloes, lakeside bar, excellent retaurant, boulangerie and minimarket.
Many other attractions such as swimming lakes with beaches, parks, medievel towns are all within easy reach, details are available on request.
Linen and towels provided, also cot, baby bath, stair gate available free of charge.
Sorry no pets and no smoking in house or barn.
