Maison de Maitre – La Bourjonnerie
The Master’s House built in the 1850’s, renovated in 2006. The house retains many of its original features, whilst offering all modern facilities.

The property is set in 3.79 hectares including a large garden, private pool, fields and a wood. We have chickens, cats, horses and a dog.

Located in a peaceful setting 20 mins from the historic town of Loches. 5 mins from Chatillon-sur-Indre,
between the villages of Fléré la Rivière and St Flovier.The Brenne Parc Natural, the land of a thousand lakes is twenty mins away as is Reserve de la Haute-Touche where you can see animals from five different continents.

There is a morning terrace where you can enjoy a coffee and croissant before the rest of the family stir.
In the garden there is a large fenced terrace complete with table and chairs, BBQ, parasols and loungers. There are also additional secluded, shaded seating areas.
The pool is 4m x8m heated and fenced.


The walking and riding around the property are wonderful! All off road. We can do B&B for your horse if you wish
