Maison d'Alexandra is a large, light and airy three bedroom house. It is situated along the River Cere in the Medievel Port of Port De Gagnac.
An Ideal location for visiting all the beautiful local villages, local tourist attractions and adventure days out for all the family.
There are three restaurants all within a five minute walk along the River.
A post office and two childrens play parks just a short walk along the river.
The River is very good for fishing right outside the front door!
The house boasts fabulous views or the River and surrounding countryside.
All three bedrooms are spacious and have the same views across the River.
The kitchen and open plan dining room (with Cantou Fireplace) are joined by a balcony at the front of the house.
There is also a large terrace with outside dining furniture and BBQ for outside dining and sun bathing.
The house is perfect for couples, families or friends sharing as it has spacious living accomodation and ideal bathroom facilities.

The new BRIVE VALLEY DE LA DORDOGNE airport is only 35 minutes away by car. LIMOGES and BERGERAC are both only 1Hour 20 minutes away by car. The train station BRETENOUX/BIARS is 5 minutes away by car and the main station BRIVE is 35 minutes away if you arriving by train and collecting a hire car.
The house is in the North of the Lot on the border of the Correze Dordogne.

An ideal location for sightseeing as it is a stunning area of natural beauty.
