Pastelbleu is an acient whitestone barn converted into a spacious(160m²)gite with all modern comfort.The terrace enables you to discover an impressive panorama, evoking an endless horizon, whose sunsets are unforgettable.The gite also houses a relaxation area with fitness equipment.

-Livingarea:lounge with large sofa and TV and dinig room(with table for 6 pers.) Internet connection.
-2 bedrooms(with electric heating):one for 2 people,the other for 3 people.
The gite is also rented to 2 pers at a lower rate.
-Large terrace(with a table seating 8 people) overlooks the garden and the swimmingpool.
As detached building,the gite offers you complete privacy.

The area is very attractive and has a rich history: We are only 2km away from the medieval town of Cordes sur Ciel(which gets 3 stars in the green Michelin guide), les Bastides Albigeoises with their romanesque and gothic churches, the city of Albi(18km, 3 stars green Michelin guide and added to the UNESCO World Heritage List) with its gothic cathedral and the Toulouse Lautrec museum, Toulouse(80km,3 stars green Michelin guide)with its beautiful mansions dating back from the trade in the pastel(a tinctorial plant),the Capitole, the basilica Saint-Sernin, the Jacobins, the church of Notre Dame du Taur and many museums. And not to forget... the vineyards of Gaillac which are producing excellent wines.

In Cordes sur Ciel(2km away) there are 2 supermarkets,a butchery and 2 bakeries. Other useful services include a post office, tourism office, banks, kiosks, petrol stations,chemist and GP doctors.
For nature lovers the Aveyron Gorges offer walking, biking and adventures sports.Also the region around Cordes sur Ciel offers many trails for walkers, mountain bikers and cyclists.Horse riding is very popular.Tennis can be played in Cordes and a famous golf club is located in Albi.

During mid season periods(from May until the end of June and from mid-August until mid-October) we offer very special rates for a stay of 2 weeks or more and this also for a party of 2 people. For a stay of 2 weeks during high season a 25% discount is offerd on the second consecutive week.
