This recently renovated farm house with two large sun terraces has south facing views with the larges French windows in the region. It has five large double bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms and shower rooms. All the bedrooms are equipped with double beds with three of the rooms containing extra single beds. The house is able to sleep and cater for thirteen adults comfortable.
The farmhouse has been renovated to the highest standard containing a large separate kitchen with a breakfast area capable of seating the house. A separate dinning room exist with a sitting of fourteen adults and an open log Charentais fireplace for the winter months. The sitting room is south facing with double glazed solar reflective glass french windows keeping the space cool during the hot summer months.
The public rooms are all south facing and catch all the sunshine on offer in this the second sunniest region of France. The views from four of the bedrooms are over arable farm land where sunflowers are an important crops.
Facilities for playing one-on-one basketball is available on the front terrace and a 16ft trampoline is present off the large 12 metre timber deck terrace off the kitchen side door.
A snooker/pool table exist in the front room, which also has a CD/DVD player. The DVD runs off a projector which is available for use. A wi-fi Internet broadband connection is also available for use. Five adult bicycles are stored in the garage along with a mobile barbecue trolley which can be set up on the side terrace deck. An mobile table tennis table located in the garage which can be placed on the front terrace for occupants use.
A utility room at the end of the hallway with washing machine, dryer with cleaning and ironing facilities is present.
External table and chairs for the side external terrace for outside dinning is available in the garage for use with summer shading provided by the Willow tree overhanging the terrace. Dinning can be had off this terrace with magnificent views of the undulating countryside to North.
The Maison is gated with facilities for parking four large cars within the front driveway. Further parking can be accommodated on the grass.
