L’Atelier is a detached stone cottage sleeping five in two bedrooms which shares a beautiful swimming pool with one other gite.

The cottage has been lovingly renovated to a high standard but retains considerable charm.
All on one ground floor level, there is an open plan kitchen/ sitting room which has satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect including a dishwasher.

Two good size bedrooms, one with double bed the other with three single beds.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower.

Outside, the property has a spacious patio area with ample garden furniture and a BBQ to enjoy the wonderful views over the local country side. There is direct access to an 11 metre x 4 swimming pool which is fully fenced and conforms to the high safety requirements in France. We also have a table tennis table. There is covered parking for your car or motorbike.

Our rates include all linen and towels and a welcome pack.

L’Atelier is in the heart of petite champagne but just a five minute drive from the N10 motorway giving easy access from the north and south with direct access to Bordeaux. Our local Chateaux town of Barbezieux is just 11 Kms away where you will find lovely shops and restaurants. The famous town of Cognac is close by and well worth a visit.
