La Cour offers two pretty stone cottages (sleeping 4 & 5) and two beautifully converted barns (sleeping 10 & 6). It is situated in a rural hamlet just 1km from the village of Masserac nestled on the border of Southern Brittany and the Loire Atlantique. It is well located for reaching the many beaches and attractions that this beautiful region has to offer.

We also offer a large selection of bicycles from childrens to adults (and seats for small children) for you to use free of charge.

Walnut Cottage (sleeps 4) offers two bedrooms one double and one twin. It has an open plan living area with English satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and an open fireplace with log burner. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. The bathroom has a bath and shower. The Laundry Room offers free to use facilities including washing machine, irons and ironing boards. Walnut Cottage has it's own private enclosed garden complete with BBQ and garden furniture.

Jasmine Cottage (sleeps 5) offers two bedrooms, one double and one bedroom sleeping three with a set of bunk beds and a single bed. It has an open plan living/dining area with English satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and traditional log burner. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. The cottage also has a shower room.The Laundry Room offers free to use facilities including washing machine, irons and ironing boards. Jasmine Cottage has it's own private and enclosed garden complete with BBQ and garden furniture.

Wisteria Barn (sleeps 6) has a large open plan living/dining and kitchen area together with open fireplace and log burner. English satellite TV, DVD player and CD player. Three bedrooms, one double, one bedroom sleeping 3 in bunkbeds and a single bed and a single bedroom suitable for a child or young adult. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle. The fully equipped kitchen offers full size cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The Laundry Room offers free to use facilities including washing machine, irons and ironing boards. Wisteria Barn has it's own private and enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ.

Valley View Barn (sleeps 10) offers four bedrooms, two doubles with en-suite facilities, twin bedded room and bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. The lounge has English satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and traditional wood burner. Dining area with double doors leading onto a large balcony that overlooks the garden and fantastic views of the valley beyond. Fully equipped kitchen complete with full size cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Large, well appointed family bathroom with shower cubicle and hydro massage bath. The Laundry Room offers free to use facilities including washing machine, irons and ironing boards. Valley View Barn has it's own large private and fully enclosed garden with BBQ and garden furniture.
