This beautiful totally renovated to a high standard, traditional stone built cottage is Surrounded by 2 acres of tranquil and deligthful gardens, nestled in the enchanted Hamlet of ST. Vite.
In this beautifully renovated cottage every thing has been considered, with a fabulous fully fitted oak kitchen which include a washing machine,dishwasher, hob oven and a convection/micro. oven, there is a door out to BBQ area with table and chairs which looks over to our very large salt water pool, which has lighting around it and also electricity so you can enjoy your lazy summer evenings as well . There are two bathrooms which both have a sereparate shower cubicals and also the upstairs bathroom consists of a bath . The bedrooms are two large double`s and one double with twin beds, we can also provide a settee bed if necessary in the lounge. The living area and dinning area are bright and airy with double french doors onto the court yard and a door that leds out to a lovely kept garden that look` over farm land that leds down to the river Lot.
Petiti Caday`s is in the village of ST. Vite which is situated in the Lot and Garonne region of France with the river Lot running at the back of the cottage. Bergerac Airport is about 70 kms north, and to the east is the historical town of Cahors.
This is a perfect location for families. There are many activites for all which include:
Golf: a number of good standard courses are within 50kms
Cycling (cycle path run past the property )and there are different size bike`s to rent available at the property
River trips on the Lot
Horse-riding approximately 10 minute drive
A 'Park in the Sky ` at Lacapellede Biron is 2o minute drive , where all the family can take part in sky walks and climbing ect.
Fishing: a must for any fisherman as the River Lot is known for its good fishing .
Added to the above is the opportunity to visit the historic town of Cahor , pictureise village of Penne D` Agenne as well as the Chateaux de Bonagil and plenty of local vineyards where you can spend the day tasting the local wine`s , together with eating out at the varied choose of restraurants. Alternatively you can relax and dine in the comfort of Caday`s or have a BBQ by the poolside or in the splendid gardens.
All bed linen is provided, but not towel`s.
At the end of your stay cleaning of Caday`s -if required-is 75euro`sso please leave the property as you would hope to find it !
Additional Pricing Info:
- A 500euro security deposit against breakages will be needed on the day of arrival and be returned by post when you leave, if there are no damages.
- 50%of the total cost of the rental period will be necessary on booking and the remainder amount payed 5 weeks before arrival
- changeover day Saturday/Sunday but can be flexible when possible.
- SPEACIAL OFFER 16th Aug -30th Aug 1,000euro per week normally 1,250euro per week
