Maison heaureuse is a recently renovated stone built barn within walking distance to the village (St Leon Sur Vezere) and restaurants.
The house is situated in the Vezere valley with views of surrounding hillsides. It forms part of a small Hamlet which is welcoming and tranquil.
Your own front and rear gardens have a stone BBQ and two patio areas to choose from.
The house has a large woodburning fire and a farm house dining table to sit 8 people comfortably.
The lounge area has comfortable seating and is well equipped with TV, DVD, VHS, SKY(English)and CD player.
It has a well equipped kitchen area with a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher, microwave, gas oven and hob.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a twin room with large bunks.
The shower room and toilet are also situated upstairs.
The village of St Leon Sur Vezere is only a 10 minute walk and has three restaurants, a post office, a tabac, general stores, canoeing, fishing, and takeaway Pizza !
