Maison de Maitre farmhouse property situated within 17 acres of rural wooded park land. It has a private lake, mill pond and pond, ideal for fishing. The boundary of the property is the Lemance river on one side and a stream on the other side. It is an absolutely magical holiday location.

Seguinet is ideally located for sightseeing at various bastide towns and villages like Monpazier, Monflanquin, Belves, Beynac Villeneuve sur Lot to name a few. There are truly beautiful chateaux and castles to visit like Castle de Bonaguil and Cheateau Biron. Canoeing, hiking, visiting vineyards and caves are one of the many activities one can indulge in. If not sit back and read a good book and sunbathe at tranquil Seguinet.

The property comprises of a beautifully restored
COACH HOUSE with many original features. It sleeps 6 (an additional 2 can be accomodated on the sofa bed in the lounge if required)It has a fully fitted kitchen with gas hob and stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. Linen and towels are provided weekly. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds in each room. There is a toilet and separate shower facilities upstairs. Downstairs is the lounge with a fabulous large open fireplace and a flat screen tv, free wifi. Alongside is the dining area, kitchen and another toilet. There is a private patio with garden furniture. It is tastefully decorated throughout. Child highchair and travel cot can be provided on request.

MIllERS COTTAGE is very private with fantastic views overlooking the lake and valley. It sleeps 5. The main bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has three single beds and a wardrobe. The living room has a log burner. It is comfortably furnished and has a flat screen satellite tv. A covered verandah runs on two sides with a patio with garden furniture. It has a toilet with shower facilities. Child highchair and travel cot can be provided on request. Linen and towels are provided weekly.

Chambre d'hote comprises of two double bedrooms with ensuite shower facilities. The first bedroom has two single beds with a toilet and separate shower facilities. The second B&B room has a double bed with ensuite toilet and shower facilities.

The family suite sleeps 4 with ensuite shower room. It is a delightful room for a family of four to share. The main bedroom has a double bed. The adjoining room has a single bed with a single pull out guest bed underneath.

Breakfast can be provided on request at an extra cost of Euros 6 per person.
