Just 14km, south of Bergerac near the medeival bastide town of Eymet.
The house is at the end of a private road {no traffic } and set in over 40 acres of private grounds,with its own fully stocked lakes, fish if you like or just sit and watch the wildlife in peace and quiet..woodlands and large lawn areas, gardens..
The house has two bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a double bed and bunk beds, and bedroom 2 has double bed ,and can either have an extra set of bunks ,single bed ,or a cot.
Large living room, open kitchen fully equiped ,micro, fridge, washing machine etc. Living room has tv,video and dvd.player so bring your own dvds ..log burner fire and central heating ..Comfortable armchairs and sofa all new for this season..
Bathroom Toilet shower hand basin .
South facing you walk out onto your own patio area .There are tables and chairs relaxers ,barby etc..Owners Pool with large patio relaxers .etc....
When you arrive at Le Toupy there will be a welcome pack which includes wine, tea, coffee ,fresh bread and milk, friut etc..
There is a large play area for the children with swings and play house, climbing equipment, tennis ,and basketball, fishing rods and balls, everything we could think of to keep the children busy.
There are lots of local places of interest local markets great restaurants ,Large Olympic sized outdoor pool, the prehistoric caves, rocamador just to name a couple.. We just want you to enjoy your stay at Le toupy and to make it the best holiday you have had in a long while ,so whatever you want to do just relax and sit by the pool.
Please note that the pool is shared only with the owners who have two young children 6/10 years only if they are on site ..please ask for more details .. or lots of sightseeing we will make your stay as pleasant as possible, so if you have any special needs or just need that little something please do not hesitate to ask...
