Situated in the small hamlet of La Truffiere this delightful single storey house is ideal for a holiday at any time of year. It has a private pool and large south facing garden for long lazy summer days and in winter the log fire makes it the perfect cosy retreat for a short or long break.
The small village of St Martin de Gurson approximately a mile away has a bar/restaurant, boulangerie/ general grocery store and an Aladdin’s cave of a hardware store for most other requirements
Linen and towels are suppplied
Large fridge and freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as washing line.
DVD and video tape player.
Change over days can be flexible

- We operate a three season tier structure and also, to encourage smaller parties and off season rentals, we give substantial discounts for 4 people or less. Thus: LOW SEASON: 1 week 5-8 guests £400 1-4 guests £315. MID SEASON: 1 week 5-8 guests £630 1-4 guests £490 HIGH SEASON: 1 week 5-8 guests £1,100 1-4 guests £830
- ALSO we offer further discounts for additional weeks. Please contact us for a firm quotation.
- In the event that the rental period straddles two price tiers we will calculate the price on a daily pro-rata basis. PLEASE NOTE: We charge the mid season rate for the weeks on either side of Easter Sunday whenever that falls We also charge the mid season rate for the Christmans period
